CONTENDERS

Intro to The Fundamentals (the movements and skills) that will help you develop The Essentials of Balance, Angles, Timing: Distance. At this level, you will learn Stance, Footwork, all of your punches, basic combos, blocks, and head movement, while simultaneously improving your fitness.

CHAMPION

Build on your foundation with more advanced footwork. Learn more complex combos that integrate your head movement, more advanced head movement, counterpunching, feints, further improve your fitness level and more. Start to feel like a boxer!

BELLS & BODY

Get a full body workout without putting on your gloves in this strength and conditioning class that uses kettlebells and your own body weight for resistance. All levels welcome!

WOMXN’S BOXING

These classes are all-levels Womxn’s boxing classes for all bodies and a safe space for queer, trans, and womxn of color.
*No womxn of color turned away for lack of funds*

BAG THERAPY

This is an “All Levels” class where heavy bag drills, bodyweight and core exercises are the focus. This is a high intensity class for those with fitness in mind. Students who are enrolled in the boxing program can also benefit.

These are approximately 45 minute one one one Boxing Lessons or Fitness Coaching.
